Welcome to Stacking the Shelves! Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews. This is where we showcase books we have received or bought during the week.
So this week I got ZERO physical books. I am expecting a few giveaway wins and a book for a blog tour but they probably won't be here for a couple more weeks. So it's gonna be SLOW around here.
But, BUT, the Kindle Daily Deals were awesome for me this week. And Scholastic and I made beautiful music together. So there is that. Unfortunately, you get no photo of books this week. But I will give you a photo of a manatee crossing. Why? Because I live in Florida and I can.
E-Books for Review:
That Time I Joined the Circus by J.J. Howard
A Corner of White by Jaclyn Moriarty
Thank you to Scholastic and NetGalley for both of these.
E-Books I Bought:
Honolulu by Alan Brennert
The Summer of Moonlight Secrets by Danetta Haworth
Daughters of the River Huong by Uyen Nicole Duong
The Painted Girls by Cathy Marie Buchanan

Sometimes it's good to have a slow week, then you can possibly catch up! I myself have never seen a manatee (maybe at the zoo?) so wow to your sign!! That Time I Joined the Circus looks pretty good. Enjoy your books!
ReplyDeleteHere's my Stacking the Shelves.
Manatees are cool, I saw one at Sea World when I went a few years ago.
ReplyDeleteALSO. I wish I lived in Florida. It's too damn cold here.
I am kicking myself for not buying The Painted Girls -- I hope you end up loving it though!
All of your books look really interesting. Seriously I hope you enjoy all of them.
