Stacking the Shelves #7

Welcome to Stacking the Shelves. Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga at Tynga's Reviews. This is where we showcase books we have received or bought during the week.

Blah blah blah, something witty.  Blah blah blah, I have more books.

I'm so funny, I can't even stand it.

In all seriousness, I have some new books to share this week.  I found some great finds at the local used bookstore, and one new Kindle book.  It is not a large addition, but this week, quality over quantity is the name of the game.

Books:
(From bottom to top)

RuneWarriors by James Jennewein and Tom S. Parker - I had to score this one when I read the blurb.

The Darkest Minds by Alexandra Bracken - The reviews for this book have been sparkling, and on top of that, the description sounds fantastic.

Museum of Thieves by Lian Tanner - This book is highly likely to be awesome!

The Night Fairy by Laura Amy Schlitz - This little beauty has been on my wish-list for a long, long time.

Kindle:

Scarlet by Marissa Meyer - The ONE and ONLY.  Do I really need an explanation for this one?

What did you get this week? Leave a link below!

  1. I didn't like Scarlet as much, so I gave my ARC away... Yeah, I'm kind of regretting it now, since I'm REALLY in the mood to read. I'll get my own finished copy someday soon because I really loved Cinder.

I can't wait to see what you think of The Darkest Minds. I have a copy of that, too, and I'm really excited to finally find the time to read it. I've heard it's pretty dark and possibly gruesome. And at the used bookstore? Awesome find!

    1. I hate to hear that, Bekka!

TDM is on the top of the list. I'm backlogged with some other books, so, sad to say, I have to wait to get to it. They need a nation holiday just for reading.

  10. Eesh, I didn't like The Darkest Minds, but I am literally the only person who hasn't that I know of. Do not join the Dark Side. It's less fun.

    SCARLET!

    1. Aww!! I think you are the first person who has not gone gaga over TDM. But I still adore you!

I KNOW I WANT TO READ IT BUT I HAVE OTHER BOOKS. I AM SAD.
